What we did
Brand ArchitectureDigitalWeb

An Australian dog-accessories brand built around the bundle — a full storefront and interface designed to sell the set, and to speak to the owner as much as the dog.

The brief

Fetch & Bark is an Australian pet brand making harnesses, leashes and accessories for dogs, with a corduroy bundle at the centre of the range. It needed a storefront to match: the whole interface and the whole site, designed and built from the ground up.

The challenge in this category is that two people are involved in every purchase. The dog is the reason, and the owner is the buyer.

What we did

We designed the site to speak to both. The photography leads with the dogs. The copy talks to the person holding the lead.

The commercial idea is the bundle. The corduroy set is the hero product, so the homepage sells it as one thing: a three-step explanation (select your bundle, get it delivered, show off in style), then a breakdown of what's inside, then the reasons to choose it. Nobody is asked to assemble an outfit from parts.

The identity does quiet work. A warm palette of cream, caramel and deep chocolate carries the whole site, and one recurring device, the ampersand from the wordmark, appears as a watermark and as a sign-off on sections like the newsletter. A confident, all-caps geometric headline face keeps the voice clear without shouting.

Trust sits where doubt appears. A persistent strip under the navigation carries the shipping threshold, support and secure checkout, and reviews and FAQs have their own places in the main navigation instead of a footer.

A "Meet the pack" section puts the people behind the brand on the homepage. And the site closes the way the brand talks: Don't just walk the dog. Make every walk a runway.

The dog models. The owner buys. The site had to speak to both.
