A kitchen you can already cook in

The brief

Aliens Group is a large real estate group with an interiors wing that fits out kitchens for the people buying its apartments. Selling a fit-out means asking a buyer to choose from a lot of options, including layouts, laminates, hardware and modules, and to picture the result in their own home. The brief was a sales catalogue that made that choice feel premium and easy.

What we did

We built an editorial system for the catalogue. Sixteen kitchen typologies sit in eight pages, each with a plan, a render, a name and a line of its own, such as Soft Elegance with a Fresh Perspective. Laminates, hardware, modules, accessories and guarantees follow in the same clear hierarchy, so a large volume of information reads without effort. Renders, material references and spatial information sit beside aspirational imagery, so a buyer can move from inspiration to selection in one document.

The catalogue now supports how the group sells fit-out packages to its apartment buyers, and it helped them sell more of them.
